Medipro is a digital platform offering artificial intelligence and business consulting services to medical practices, clinics and specialists: automation of patient communication through our AI assistant (MediNova), sales coaching and training, advisory and training services, and practice consulting. Our clients are healthcare professionals and businesses, not end patients.

3. Nature of the content

All content published on this platform, including service descriptions, indicative pricing and stated benefits, is informational. It does not constitute personalized legal, financial or medical advice.

Any engagement decision must be confirmed through a specific commercial proposal issued by Medipro. Medipro assumes no responsibility for decisions made solely on the basis of the informational content of this platform.

4. Nature of the services

Medipro provides technology and business consulting services. It does not provide medical services, does not perform clinical diagnoses and does not intervene in the physician-patient relationship of its clients. Responsibility for medical care, treatments and their outcomes rests exclusively with the professional or practice providing them.

5. Intellectual property

All elements of this platform, including text, images, logos, structure, design and code, are protected by intellectual property law in force in Colombia and by international treaties. Their reproduction, distribution, public communication or transformation without prior written authorization from Medipro Colombia is expressly prohibited.

6. Limitation of liability

Medipro does not guarantee continuous availability of the platform and is not liable for damages arising from service interruptions, technical errors or unauthorized third-party access. The platform is provided "as is" and we take reasonable technical measures to ensure it functions correctly.

7. Governing law and jurisdiction

This legal notice is governed by Colombian law. For any dispute arising from use of this platform, the parties submit to the competent courts of the city of Bogotá D.C., Colombia, unless the law establishes another mandatory venue.
