Medipro provides commercial and artificial intelligence consulting for medical practices, clinics and specialists. Through MediNova, our AI assistant, and our consulting team, we offer a portfolio that includes:

  • AI for medical practices: automation of patient communication across digital channels.
  • Coaching and sales training for front office and scheduling teams.
  • Advisory and training services, including paid advertising advisory for patient acquisition.
  • Practice consulting: assessment, mentoring and hourly engagement.

Medipro provides technology and business consulting services. It is not a healthcare entity, it does not provide medical services, and it is not responsible for the treatments performed by its clients.

3. Use of the service

The user agrees to:

  • Provide truthful and complete information when requesting the service.
  • Use the platform only for lawful and professional purposes.
  • Comply with the commercial terms agreed in the corresponding proposal or contract.
  • Not reproduce, distribute or commercialize the platform's content without written authorization.

4. Scope and liability

Content published on Medipro is informational. The specific conditions, deliverables and timelines of each service are defined in the commercial proposal accepted by the client. Medipro is not responsible for the medical acts, treatments or clinical outcomes of its clients: our liability is limited to the scope of the AI and consulting services engaged.

5. Intellectual property

All content on the Medipro platform, including text, images, logos, design and source code, is the property of Medipro Colombia or its licensors. Reproduction in whole or in part is prohibited without express written consent.

6. Modifications

Medipro reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes take effect upon publication on this page. Continued use of the platform after any modification constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Colombia. Any dispute arising from use of the platform will be submitted to the competent courts of the city of Bogotá D.C.
