This is an English translation provided for convenience. Medipro is a Colombian company and its data handling is governed by Colombian law; the Spanish version of this policy is the operative one in case of any discrepancy.

1. Data controller

Medipro Colombia is the controller of the personal data collected through this platform, in accordance with Law 1581 of 2012 and Decree 1377 of 2013 on the protection of personal data in Colombia.

2. Data we collect

We collect only the data needed to deliver our AI and consulting services to physicians, specialists and medical practices:

• Name and contact details of the professional or practice.
• Phone number (WhatsApp).
• Specialty and location of the practice.
• Information about the practice's intake process, as needed for the assessment or consulting engagement.
• Any additional information the user shares voluntarily during the conversation.

We do not collect medical records or health data belonging to our clients' patients. Where we implement AI for patient communication, the handling of that data is governed by a specific agreement with each client.

3. Purpose of processing

Your data is used exclusively to:

• Contact you and present a service proposal.
• Schedule assessment calls and consulting sessions.
• Deliver the service you engaged us for (AI, coaching, advisory, training or consulting).
• Send you information relevant to your service, only if you authorize it.

4. Sharing of data

We do not sell, rent or transfer your information to third parties for commercial purposes. We share data only with technology providers strictly necessary to deliver the service (for example, messaging platforms or automation tools), under confidentiality agreements.

5. Data retention

We retain your data for as long as needed to deliver the service and to comply with legal obligations. Once the service relationship ends, your data is deleted from our systems within a maximum of 12 months, unless the law requires us to keep it longer.

6. Your rights

Under Law 1581 of 2012, you have the right to:

• Know: find out what data of yours we hold.
• Update and correct: fix inaccurate or incomplete data.
• Delete: request removal of your data when it is no longer necessary.
• Withdraw consent: revoke your authorization at any time.
• Access: obtain a copy of your data.

7. Cookies and tracking technologies

This platform may use technical cookies necessary for the site to function. We do not use advertising tracking cookies without your consent. You can configure your browser to reject cookies, although this may affect site functionality.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by publishing the new version on this page with the updated date. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the policy in force.
